A new type of plastic stadium made by coating with organic silicon modified polyurethane material in multiple layers. It has the characteristics of a hard top and a flexible bottom structure, and belongs to a healthy professional elastic synthetic court ground system.

Construction foundation requirements for silicon PU stadium

1. The foundation needs to have waterproof engineering treatment.

2. The newly compacted concrete base surface should have a strength of C25 concrete and a rough surface, without any hollow shell phenomenon.

3. The flatness can meet the requirements of Party A, and the inspection standard is that the surface level should have a deviation of ≤ 3mm when checked with a 3-meter ruler.

4. The curing period for newly constructed concrete base is more than 28 days, and the old concrete cannot be washed within 3 days before construction.
