Construction technology : 
1.Before spraying, it should be pickled, phosphated, melted or sandblasted, and the surface 
should be free of oil and other pollutants. 
2.Powder coatings should be used strictly in batch order, and products with different approvals or 
specifications should not be mixed. 
3.Compressed air should be free of oil and water, and the working condition of the oil-water 
separator should be checked regularly. 
4.The work clamp should be properly connected to the grounding transmission part and maintain 
a good connection. Fixtures should be cleaned regularly to ensure good grounding. 
5. The performance of the oven should be stable. In order to reduce color difference, the 
temperature difference inside the oven should not exceed 5℃ to achieve the correct curing 
coating conditions
